This thread is about the appreciation of watches and beads, as well as the micro-engineering and materials engineering that are required to make a fine watch, clock, bead bracelet, or other timepiece.
Why the fuck is some faggot posting the same bracelet and bead shots in every thread?

Can't afford a Rolex so decided to cherrypick tasteless richies wearing them stupidly as a way to lie to himself that he really does not want one. Kinda sad actually.
Dylan Barnes
you answered your own question. he's a faggot

I don't like many of their current models either, but I'm not having an assruption in every fucking watch thread about it.

same struggle here and although I really am close to getting a couple of different chris ward watches, the logo is really off putting. I've seen it in person before and know I wasn't particularly bothered by it, but I feel like if I got on it would get worse over time.
Leo Phillips
>that logo >that second hand

I actually really like the trident on their C60 divers, but it looks off on vintage looking watches like that.
I hate Oris. The one brand with a worse logo than Chris Ward. What watch would you suggest out of interest?
Aiden Morales
Do Oris produce their very own in-house movements?
Jaxon Stewart
The do have an in-house movement, not sure if they make it or if production is outsourced. They use ETA and Sellita movements too if I'm not mistaken.

Secondhand, lightly-worn near-cosc Sinn 104 st sa from watchrecon?
The finish is incredible for what it is, I know it's not a diver (it's a flight watch), but it's great in the water, and unless you're scuba diving, it ticks the marks and the value's easily there.
It's a shitty price point because you get boring stuff from good brands or overpriced garbage from bad brands. I'd recommend saving more to get something actually noteworthy rather than settling. The Sinn above is good though.
