My friend had the same issue so I copied everything from the windows folder iirc that has all the dlls and whatnot, pasted that shit into my friend's windows folder and that worked. Try this with with a friend that has games working for them.

used dependency walker to check what was missing and it was xinput1_3.dll in two of the cases i checked! they launch now!
