Oy vey

Poor Intel literally cant catch a break. Because of a silly misunderstanding they forgot to tell the press about the industrial strengt water cooler overclock.

why can't they just come off clean? i mean they would save themselves the headache. this is just pathetic.

they lay off couple of years ago 1500 people to run their diversity programs

and you want them to come clean?

>We met with the company last night, and while Intel didn't provide many details, a company representative explained to us that we better "put a positive spin to this story or else". Intel also said "honest human mistake ommiting a single word" and "Intel is not the only company pushing the bounds of tech demonstrations" would be good angles to go with
Good ol' Tom's

So basically "we're supposed to be shills here, but this shit is indefensible"? Kek.

>Color us immediately skeptical.

You say this after 3 days, but people have started calling bullshit as soon as they saw the core count and clock.
I don't think you needed 3 days for the neurons to fire up and tell you something's fishy.
Fuck off Tom's

>the absolute state of intel

Attached: IMG_2111.jpg (461x1908, 130K)

Well it's pretty obvious they let it pass for a bit to be technically shilling. Honestly I just find the whole fiasco really funny, doubly so since the day after AMD announced that 32-core TR. I can't even fathom the magnitude of Intel's assblassting.

Just so anyone knows, this quote is fraudulent. Just like AMD performance is.

I heard they had a 1kw cooler attached,

Can anyone confirm?

How did they battle condensation?

>1 kw

Maybe more.

That doesn't mean the CPU is actually drawing 1770W though
According to some overclockers a CPU like that would still be just under 1000W

kek 9/10 made me chuckle

Is that the Mariott?

Remeber those times when AMD was the space heater, Intel was the chill one and the PowerPC 970 (Apple G5) was the reactor number 4 made processor?

sub-ambient air being pumped into the case in all likelihood

JUST

Attached: 1513181700310.jpg (921x865, 354K)

Just under 1kW

yeah, that's like fucking nothing, brah.

I mean who doesn’t have a 1kw chiller in his room nowadays.

That's some serious ghetto tech.

Still don't know what they did about condensation, probably just put gobs of silicone grease on socket.

What kind of liquid is that?

Probably distilled water.

And this is why I'll never buy Intel again.

IT'S HERE!
youtu.be/eBmrlHi4s4g

why did you feel the need to flex your crappy gigabyte ssd tho

its not efven an american company what the fuck are you burgers even doing

How high is distilled water boiling point?

more like intelaviv desu lads

they didnt have to, the cpu was still at 50ºc with the chiller working at full power to bring the cooling solution temp down (to -10ºc)

100C/212F at 1 atm.

Da fuck?
How it could be that hot?
I tought that PowerPC 970 was a hot mess, because they where cooled with a WC and they still ran at 60 c.

100C or 202 in R.U.

... How do you not know that? I'm really seriously asking.

>likely 1200 watts on cinebench, prime95 power draw likely higher

JESUS FUCKING INTEL

Maybe i'm already forgot it or i never learn it.

This.
Intel 28 core CPU demonstration was to show how well 10nm CPUs will be.

Ignorance is bliss

Wow, I can't wait for Intel's 1.5kW 14nm+++++ easy bake lake

What does this gesture means to convey?

Attached: Screenshot_20180608-203953.jpg (1324x1575, 442K)

It is

why is she doing that

1.7 kW tho

1000 amp what the fuck

What a nonsense. Intel's 10nm CPUs will use much less than their 14nm and it will overclock to 5GHz.
AMD's end is near.

2.25kw+ JUST for the CPU
what the fuck

Things that will happen in another universe.

>easy bake lake

Holy fucking kek you're brilliant.

>"KEEP YOUR GAMER FUEL HOT 'N' READY WITH EASYBAKE-LAKE PROCESSORS FROM INTEL"
>intel chime **bummm.. bumbumbum *microwave ding**

But how come their only 10nm is literally a sandy bridge mobile tier?

Attached: 1527258875541.png (183x232, 21K)

Are these real true genuine shills?

Attached: 1502481511871.png (228x223, 62K)

Intel is obviously perfecting their 10nm CPUs
Because they don't want to ruin their name with half-baked CPU.

It's nice that AMD has enough courage to release CPUs like that. I guess they had no choice if they wanted to be still remembered.
History repeats and it says intel always wins.

>oops we forgot
This only makes it worse. They should just shut up and pretend it never happened

Attached: 1361986241289.png (493x381, 70K)

They are doing an excelent job releasing shitty ulv dual cores with no igpu.
That arent available to buy ever.

>can't buy an experiment product
Of course not. Intel is experimenting on their new platform. Which will be superior in every way compared to gAyM4

Yeah, an slower node that cant clock Haswell++++++ as the old process did.
Meanwhile AMD will use a 7 nm process with deep arch optimizations.
AMD will be taken to an Human Rights tribunal, because they will commit a genocide at Intel.

The condensation is on the lines, dumbass.

Imagine.

>we casually (((forgot))) we have a fridge on a trolley

>"water refrigerated: 300~2500L"
>"refridgerated"
>a fucking fridge

SHUT IT DOWNNNN!!!
DAH GOYIM KNOW!!!

AMD's process is half-finished
Intel OFFICIALLY did not released any 10nm CPU
When intel will perfect 10nm node they will announce it and it will be much better than anything AMD's 7nm ever be.

>Perfecting
You mean "making work at all"

Attached: 1528405184279.jpg (265x190, 12K)

intel, you have to assume it's overclocked, only thing their CPUs can do that make them good right? Who runs stock?

yeah, hard to notice that little guy on the side....

>moving the goalposts
The 7nm process is ready. Apple probably will use it on one of their chips this year.
Intel, meanwhile, has shitty paper launchs

Anyone here remember intel pentium extreme? Feels like is dejavu here.

How much are you paid? Nice damage control by the way

Yeah, it's bulldozer ready.
When intel's 10nm will come out it will be same as was when intel's i series came out.

Not sure if wishful thinking or actually on Intel's payroll

Attached: 1490895536882.gif (320x384, 2.23M)

Desparation

This is just falseflagging right?

>implying this isn't what will happen
Wait and see.
AMD is in the news now just because they rushed and released new product + lies about 7nm being ready.
Intel does not use tricks like this. It will perfect their 10nm process with new arch and release amazing CPU.
While at AMD there will be none 7nm CPU to match this beast.

Attached: 1502028274993.jpg (3000x2266, 676K)

>did not released any 10nm CPU
Thet did, you dumb retard.

I own AMD stock. I was gonna sell of as soon as it reached 15 bucks per share.
It did yesterday, but after computex I'm pretty bullish. Gonna hang on a bit longer.
Holy shit I can't wait for Computex next year.
The fun part is I entered this thread to make jokes about Intel getting their ass kicked by glued-together server parts. But the fact is they're doing it to themselves these days.

Attached: 1312236861149.jpg (694x530, 34K)

Officially it wasn't announced. Can you read, poozen?

It was, you dumb nigger.

you should cash out enough to cover your intial investment, then you're playing with money you can totally afford to lose

Jews will never admit to their mistakes and will always double down.

Show me, faggot, where on the press intel talks about their first consumer 10nm CPU being available?

To my knowledge they mentioned it at CES

digitaltrends.com/computing/lenovo-ideapad-laptop-lists-intel-cannon-lake-cpu/

Look I know you're either a troll or child but I figure the other guys in the thread might like this info.

Intel's 10nm process is fundamentally broken at a physical level. There is no fixing it without pretty much redoing half the work. There are two key major flaws with the process and loads of minor ones.

The chosen metal pitch of 36nm meant that Cobalt theoretically would be a superior material for interconnects, so it is being used for the entirety of their m0 and m1 layers. On deposition it turns out the amount of cobalt required is causing diffusion and doping problems.

Intel also decided to shoot for COAG, where the contact between the metal and transistor is placed above the transistor itself allowing for denser packing. The main problem here is that any tiny misalignment of the mask due to thermal expansion or vibration or even atmospheric pressure can fuck yields.

At this point yields of the tiny dual core low end chip they're paper launching soon are below 1%. They're running wafers without a single functioning CPU frequently. There's no perfection here, they're desperately trying to make it work at even a basic level.

What was intel thinking when releasing the i9?

it's somehow nostalgic. google for pentium 4 reviews, some of paid reviews are still there, claiming that pentium 4 beats equivalent athlons 64 and shit. it seems like intel got rekt by ryzen after years of intel dominance and so now they're falling back to their greatest strength, marketing

Attached: 1526071653004.png (154x183, 29K)

Seems that way. You absolutely know you are on to something when the shills come out of the woodwork like this. They won't succeed here though. The stupid fucking jews at intel think they can spin PR all day like technology is built on magic unicorn farts. Eventually, the metal is going to hit the road in such a way that no amount of marketing and PR will fucking matter. Orders of magnitude of tangible, concrete performance matter. I cannot wait to watch Apple sign a lifetime deal with AMD in the coming weeks. You fucking shills and your masters will suffer intensely at the hands of AMD and their partners when this starts to come together.

>pulls scammy stunt
>jews hahahaha
>one of the biggest tech companies in the world
>american hahahaha
americans are jews confirmed

>meanwhile, Dr. Su & Co. waltzing around stage with 12 and 7nm samples in hand.

They are not announcing cpus, shlomo, it has a page on arc and it supplied. They're only announcing things only for shareholders, which exactly what they did here. The only announcment they're doing is announcements of something marketable like 28c at 5ghz or first 5ghz stock cpu. Can you show me official announcment of 8500 from intel that differs from 10nm i3 type of announcement?

>some nignogpress made an article about one laptop
Can you read, pajeet? I repeat:
Show me official intel's presentation of 10nm CPUs being available to consumers?
