Not op, but I decided to give qbittorrent a shot the other day. I was downloading the latest ep of franxx with fuck ton of high quality seeds and the fucking thing stalled on 98%.
uTorrent maxed out my 250Mb connection when downloading the same exact torrent.
qStalledMeme is shit.
The search engine is nice though, I guess.

What are some better alternatives? I have used bittorrent and utorrent before but switched to qbit because it seems less shady than those two.

bittorrent and utorrent are the exact same thing nowadays. icon change and a bit different interface
that is because BitTorrent LLC bought up µTorrent and replaced their horrible python client that was a higher iteration of the experimental BitTorrent project
And yeah, those are probably the best clients, but they are also super shady. Pretty much the modern version of Kazaa
