Can't get everything but the closest thing would be Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB.

You srsly can't.
Even if you work yourself through the countless hacks and tweaks ms will force update and reset everything.
Use some Linux flavor of choice as main os and dual boot into W10 only if you really need to.
Thats what I did after Win7 and Im very happy.
