t-thanks user. i work in a creative field right now, and while i love my job, the immediate people around my workplace are like caricatures from a Jow Forums comic. i get along with them since i hide my power level, but i could never imagine spending time with them outside of work into meaningful friendships.

Goal setting is the most important foundation.
-set goals in stone
-break down goals into a plan.
-a plan is how you achieve your goals in broken into much smaller actionable steps.
-use SWOT analysis on the plan to test it.
-it's ok for plans to change to different circumstances, but the goal always stays the same.
That said you dont always need a plan if you got balls; but you still need a goal.

From someone who's used them, no. The best way to go from 3am to a better time (I have done it) is to consistently wake up at your desired time with an alarm. Preferably set a nine hour sleep window (adjust if you need more/less, factor in time it takes to get to sleep) from like 11-8. Set your alarm for 8 and get up at 8 every day from now on. You'll be tired and not get much sleep but you will adjust and after a time it will come naturally.
Some helpful shit would be to cut out the electronics an hour before bed, 30 minutes absolute least, and read or something like it. Fill your early and mid day, not early afternoon, with stuff. If you don't do stuff early in the day or leave it until early afternoon/evening to do stuff you will go to sleep later.

try to find someone that likes hunting/fishing
a good way to do this might be to start shooting guns at a range, buying your own gun, this will make you start noticing when certain colleagues go hunting, befriend them and shoot regularly

yes American products are usually nicer to use, Chinese stuff at the medium or high end is at least done right in the areas that matter, but rough around the edges still because the chinaman worker doesn't much care.
