So buy a cheap used GPU to get you by (like a 750ti) and don't buy from shitty manufacturers in the future (buy EVGA).

a 750ti is like $50, If you can't afford that then you really memed yourself by buying such an expensive card with poor customer support on EBAY of all places.
Though depending on how old the purchase is ebay might have your back on it. ebay usually sides with the customer.

I once brought a monitor from them, came out of the box new with a big dirty scratch. Took a few weeks of back and forth, with them telling me to do a or b. They couldn't understand the concept that its a new screen, with a scratch on it. Complete negation of its role to display. And second, I shouldn't have to risk further damage by trying this or that. Eventually they allowed me to send it back. They used product and wiped the scratch so it was less noticeable and sent it back to me. Promptly sold it on and trash PCCG on social media every chance I get. What a bunch of cheap cunts.
