Your CPU says it's a whopping 101C. Check your fan cables and contacts to the CPU fan, you might be burning the fucking thing

no. its shitty speccy reading it wrong. its actually around 30-50° depending on if you count the shit offsett (the worst part about ryzen since it fucks up every fan curve)
i use a h150i, triple ml120 rgb 600-1200 rpm, liquid metal on the cpu
vrms read 50° on full load according to hwinfo
it happens even fully stock after bios update

Not a solid placement into the CPU slot? Too little power for the PC to use? Could be a multitude of things, but power is the first thing to look at. Check BIOS settings etc. Never had many problems like this so I cannot say for sure
