No. You would at least need a neodymium magnet of the same size and swipe over the floppy for it to actually do damage.
This shitty fridge magnet won't do shit.

Given time it would damage it. One of me DOOM floppy got corrupted because I kept it over a speaker for a month or so. Sad times.
