there are plenty woman on tech jobs... but not so many programming. Usually they end doing administrative jobs, organizing, the one that goes to the world congress,,, shit like that, simple things that you cant fail on it.

This is a poorly worded question. There is a lack of human women in the technology (especially computer) world because human women are biologically less inclined towards that field.
This is not universal for all species though, i. e. the youkai computing world is almost entirely female-dominated.

A lot of people meet their romantic partner through work. Working in a field mostly populated by overweight, sweaty, hair men eliminates that possibility for me. I worked with a small number of women before, but they were either lesbians or, frankly, not very attractive (in terms of personality more than looks honestly).

I think a lot of men feel intimidated or challenged by women in the field, especially if the women are good at what they do. But it is literally my dream to meet a woman who is as passionate about technology as I am. Huge bonus if she is better at my job than me, that would be hugely attractive. I imagine showing her some cool thing I made and her going, "Lol, user, this code is shit! Here, you can do this in like one line, let me show you..." Would be absolutely enamored.

Serious answer: its because despite how hard society tries to push the idea of (natural) gender equality, there are differences between men and women.
Certain fields of work are more dominated by men simply because there are more men interested in it. The same is true for women in certain fields as well.

And since the issue of "wage gap" will certainly come up, I'd like to address that right now. If what most people say about the wage gap is to be believed, (that women only make seventy something cents for every dollar a man makes) then why would any employer EVER hire a woman? You're telling me that women provide the same quality of work as men AND are willing to work for less. The most important thing for companies is increasing profit, and paying lower salaries is an easy way of accomplishing that.
Seeing as women are not being hired much more than men though, is indicative that they either do not provide the same quality of work, or there are simply much fewer (qualified) women available in the pool of candidates for any tech job.
