When will Chrome stop copying Firefox?

Looks just like firefox.

Since when

looks the same just more onions

Jewgle will never stop copying FF

Too bad Chrome will always be the better browser

Since like a month on Canary, will hit Stable the next update.

Looks nice as fuck.

Why the fuck is the new tab button on the left?

Did a 5 year old design this?

This honestly looks like shit. When you thought Google couldn't fuck up any worse after their app mess, they then pull this shit.

Google, you will not be here in the future if you keep this up.

Looks like a browser for kids

Can you prove this with science?

Who cares. Do you actually use it? Just middle click in the tab field to open a new tab.

I'm using chromium and haven't seen this skin, will update now and see

Holy shit, did they finally implement removing close buttons from inactive tabs?

This is the only thing that Firefox had over Chrome that I missed.
Finally, Chrome is superior is every way.

So did Google give up on material design and decide to just make everything flat and white?

I like it, been using chrome dev for a month since the new UI came out.

It's better than before, but Edge is still the best looking browser around

>Just middle click in the tab field to open a new tab.
No such thing on Chrome.

Just use tree style tabs then.

Right click any tab, it's the first option.

Jesus fucking christ

Not a fan of that gap on top

thats for fat american fingers.. if it was any smaller, they couldnt use touch devices

I made a firefox skin years ago that is way better than all of these

It's his opinion so probably not

actually, yes... just look at the status of supported web standards and other benchmarks. If FF works for you, then keep using it. Not a big deal 2bhwy

here's another version, these google/ffox bloated skins are sheit

Dont know about new chorme but new Gmail is terrible

link?

I'm not even baiting, that looks like complete shit.

Amazing skin ! No wonder you're on deviantart !

The edges are rounded but the tabs are not inclined like in previous versions, so they lose aerodinamics.

I like it

It's like one of those riced firefox you see on desktop threads, but without the autism.

new tab on the fucking left.

looks like shit

>Chrome updates their media player
>Can't adjust volume
>Can't click the download button as the menu that opens up clicks through to what's behind it
These people are paid top dollar, how can they be this incompetent?

At least they gave us an option to revert back, hopefully it stays that way.

I don't like it but I don't mind the volume change.

>Hopefully it says that way
Yeah, I can tolerate it if I can just change back to the old media player that was 100% more functional than this one.
>Don't mind the volume change
How. I shouldn't need to change windows volume to adjust the volume of any media player.

It looks like a copy of Firefox but is worse in many ways.

Actually scratch that, I'm reading on google's product forums that they'll be soon getting rid of that ability to revert.

>not using based keyboard shortcuts
Sure is summer in here

I've always just preferred using the centralized volume control for the operating system and I've never really set volume on a player/application basis, hence why I don't mind its gone.

I made it years ago so I doubt it works now, but you can try it on palemoon, maybe you will have to tweak a few things in the css

What about this one? it closes by clicking the favicon. This was when I had my 1280x800 laptop and needed space so it removed like 3 bars that firefox uses and also I'm a big shortcut guy so it worked great, maybe not aestetically pleasing to you but it did the job

Smells like gNewSense

le touchscreen friendly

Attached: 1525648161576.jpg (482x549, 57K)

Jesus Christ it looks like it's designed for kindergartners, it gives that extremely odd "Safe space" vibe.
Can anyone else agree on this or am I the only one that sees this?

Attached: l0vx7t2vkk5z.jpg (2000x1568, 292K)

No, I just use firefox. Google can fuck off for all I care

>DEA anyone else agree kek
Fuck off

We made a full circle back to ie 6/7 (I think) aesthetics. Especially the bar with shortcuts.

diversity is our strength

Do I need to enable a flag or something? I'm using the latest Canary and I don't see it

What version?

they need to re-inflate the icons and buttons man

Another casualty in the War Against Contrast. I wish these people would test their shit on like, a laptop, in natural light. Pastels with grey on grey is completely unusable in any but the darkest of basements.

As a basement dweller I have to say that the color scheme is shit.
I went out of my way to get rid of as many sources of light and the last thing I need is a bright-ass UI ruining my work.
The only reason I still like Firefox is because they offer a dark theme out of the box.

everything is rounded now.

Firefox dumped the rounded tabs in the trash, and Google fished them out.

Not available on Chrome unless you count the shitty "here's a separate window for your tabs" extensions.

>using Chrome

Attached: 1452787313663.gif (227x224, 12K)

That's a thing on Firefox? I don't remember ever seeing a close button on inactive tabs ever.

I always just use middle click anyway

Oh dang, only basedboys would like that horrendous shit.

why do tech companies love to use that type of backgrounds ? What do they mean exactly ?

>google removes the ability to open image directly in google image search forcing users to visit the website to view full resolution image
>every chrome/chromium user assblasted
>based firefox has a view image option in the context menu
>opens full resolution image directly while chromefags are stuck using plugins and workarounds
oh and
>about:config
enjoy your shit-tier browser, chromefag, stay deluded

remove white space

>>based firefox has a view image option in the context menu
>>opens full resolution image directly
So does Chrome.

>>about:config
chrome:flags

Attached: 1527173532563.jpg (700x609, 163K)

No but I don't use Chrome and regular people accept change really quickly so whatever.

I am using Waterfox though but same shit

Attached: screenshot53.png (475x32, 16K)

Spare yourself, this idiot
doesn't know what he's on about. Typical FOSS echo chamber idiot

Why can't they still this from FF?

>chrome:flags
more like chrome:fags
that's what you all are anyway if you use that s o y browser

>Twitch
>Imgur
>Twitter
Absolutely disgusting

Attached: 1244659956107.png (640x400, 4K)

they remove flags without any warning

>t. skeleton man

If any browser is s o y then it's Firefox.
Just look at their Nightly icon lmao

makes more sense on touchscreens, but honestly... just hit Ctrl-t

That wallpaper looks like shit

>firefox not-quantum
>classic theme restorer
>some fine ricing
feels good to be proper FF user

Unironically love it.
Such a shame firefox decided to ditch everything good.

>feels good to be proper FF user
There's nothing proper about you.

>t. botnet node

>chrome:flags
they're not really the same thing

they are

Never was, and (likely) never will be.

unironically prefer this to every modern browser
reminds me of pale meme in a good way

chrome is superior to everything else
