What would you do for a 1080ti?

Install Gentoo.

Nothing because it's overrated garbage and you can play most games with a 1060.

Pay less then the money I would get for reselling it.

>most

my power supply can't handle it, so not much. Also, I don't really game but it is worth a fair bit to sell second hand... I might suck a few cocks for one but I like sucking cocks by default so that isn't saying much.

suck a dick

Sell it and get something from AMD.
I don't want to experience the fucking struggle of running Nvidia on Linux ever again.

get a job well enough to pay for one? I already have a 1080, so I dont want to just pay for a decent but not enough revision of the current chip.

>a giant freetard appears

If my life depended on it? Work for ~300h

But I don't give two shits so nothing

>poorfags

iirc amd is the one with driver issues on linux.

Meaning compat/perf

As far as that goes, nvidia has too much money to not already have better linux support.

a place in the back of my drawer I guess
I don't even have a desktop and my Quadro K2000 is doing just fine with you know... displaying stuff on my screen

Nothing, I already have the superior Titan X Pascal.

I'd overclock that just to call it Turbo Pascal

Intel unironically has the best driver support for their GPU's on linux.

Nothing. I use amd only hardware.

>Meaning compat/perf
Not true. Especially the compatibility one.
While Nvidia is completely proprietary blob that depends on both kernel and xorg version (meaning that once your GPU is not supported in the latest blob, you can't update core components of your OS), AMD has an actual open source driver in kernel with additional blob for extra features.

Sell it and #waitfornavi

I'd lick around the holes of Camilla Parker Bowles

The same things I would do for 500 dollars. So apparently a 40 hour work week
