Open the webm in a tab
Hit the square with an arrow pointing up on the bottom bar. It’s in the middle
Swipe through the apps shown until find playwebmprons app.
Press app
>it doesnt show up
It needs to be allowed to access safari first. Settings -> privacy most likely

Or try hitting “more” at the end of the apps in that menu and see if it is in there.

Just double checked that stuff and there doesn't seem to be anything relating to the problem I can change.

Oh, it really hurts. Occasionally I try to transfer a file from my laptop to one of my friends' iPhones and it's fucking painful. It's legitimately impossible to use ZIP files at all, you can't set app defaults (ex. browser), and you can't even put fucking music on it without their special software.
