Yes, the mackeeper baka

yes
generic installer from tpb. Was gone within a day, only to reappear the following day, so any comments warning you were lost

sucks

>download kazaa
>run scan with avast
>100 virus found
>uninstall computer

Not in ~17 years

yeah years ago back in the kazaa, napster and limewire days.

Once when I was still young (like 14 yo), since then I only let it happen on purpose (vms, dedicated shitboxes for torrented stuff or shady websites).

So depending on how you want to count it either once or uncountably often.

No, because I use a Mac and Macs don't get viruses.

NO

it did not hurt and the toenail has been black or iffy since April.
The toe on the left foot is still totally black since April

Back in XP I got one of those usb autorun malwares, Avira got rid of it.

No primetime viruses but I did have this fucking awful adware on my winXP laptop back in the day. Conduit. I will never forget that annoying pos. They’re still around too, and not the gnome program.

kek

Yeah back when I used Windows. I've never had a virus on my Mac but I've noticed people are asking more questions about Mac virus development on IRC lately. Probably because there are so many whales using macOS...

yeah, it was around 2001 when i was 11. i remember i kept downloading as many programs as i could because i thought that a taskbar with as many icons as you can fit was awesome. and then one day the printer next to me started printing out messages like "Your machine is fucked" and "There's nothing you can do", and i told my mom and started crying. i restarted the machine, and the first thing that popped up on the screen was a naked aaron carter-looking twink laying down fully erect. my thai uncle who knew a lot about computers then came and reformatted everything and reinstalled windows ME.

Is that elliot roger

I didn't have a virus, but I had some type of malware shortly after I installed Windows 10 a couple months ago. First time that happen in like... 15-16 years.

I installed common sense (professional edition) back around 2013, and I haven't really had a virus since. Haven't had malware, ransomware, spyware, or anything really.

None that I know of.

The supreme gentleman

Tons when I was still using Limewire to download music and pirated software.

>I hear user is having a little computer trouble yeah? Shouldn’t be too hard to fix
>Let’s just boot and see what we have here
>...
>Oh dear god

Friendly reminder to wash your feet with soap and water, and fully dry them off

sorry but that takes too much time

It really doesn't though

Real or not, I chuckled

I got the virus of life since I'm born

very long time ago when still pirating proprietary image editing software

I once had my Runescape account hacked because I was messing around with dodgy private server clients. I actually had a window pop up with a little messaging client that the hacker talked to me with. It was pretty fucking spooky. Later on, after I bought a physical copy of kaspersky from best buy, I found files left behind containing my keystrokes from the month prior. Within those, I found some emails my sister wrote to her friends while vacationing at my house. Pretty nifty.

Remember catching some nasty-ass redirect thing called Xupiter back in the day. One time it went into a window spawn loop and crashed the PC.

I once had a shitcoin miner botnet thing from downloading shit on pirate bay but no e-aids yet I run pirated Windows 7 32 bit with no updated :^)

Attached: images (24).jpg (470x313, 22K)

Were there nudes in the emails?

yes. I got a simple virus back when I was using MS-Dos. It was one of those who would just add itself to all other executable files and that was it.

>and then one day the printer next to me started printing out messages like "Your machine is fucked" and "There's nothing you can do", and i told my mom and started crying.
this is extreme nightmare fuel desu

yes, some doofus gave me a larry laffer setup disk, mbr got nuked.

No. In fact, I was such a polite kid that I didn't even read through the emails once I realized what they were.

(I do have her nudes though)

Duh.
I blew so many loads I had to get a external keyboard because I gummed up the scissorjacks.

Losing my d fullhelm and whip was worth it.

Yes. I installed Windows 10 and it started installing all this shitware like candy crush and minecraft for no apparent reason and then I looked at my network connections and it was sending unknown payloads to some server somewhere on Azure when I had no programs running. Really weird.

>I do have them though
Story time! :}

elliot rodger

Yes, I used windows for years

She gave me her portable HD for one night so I could copy all of my music to it. Like a fool she also kept her nudes there. I almost wonder if she wanted me to have them...

this x100
I've had nightmares like this;
close the computer, unpower it and the h4x0rs still come for you anyway
Chilling.

That guy looks like a gentleman

I smell bait

Well then you didn't install windows10 from a trusted source

Twice.

In 2008, don't really remember why, but suddenly my pc was like a fresh Windows XP install and lost all of my files, it was just like 8 GB of anime shit anyway. I was 14 and just had stopped using anti-viruses, used to have ESET Nod32.

In 2009 I got an annoying chinese virus that flooded everything with advertising. Had to backup everything with an Ubuntu live usb and format the pc.

Since then my only experience with viruses has been when family members or friends get infected.

I have rabies. Waiting for symptoms to come. The dog that bit me died of rabies. Feels good to go to heaven.

Probably like leather if his grave is dry enough.

Several times when I was a kid. Once I was masturbating, and when I came the address bar got filled up with dollar signs. I don't like webcams to this day.

Once in 2004. Downloaded something in Winny that happened to be clearly a virus. Who was the genius that put the enter key next to delete?

>win xp fresh install from cd
>open up ie
>go to google to search for ff download site
>ie freezes
>10+ instant message windows open up
>they're all ads for camwhore sites
>desktop ui starts flashing
>background disappears and becomes a 404 html page
>windows xp switches to safe mode
>30 seconds shut down pop up window
>can't abort
>pc turns off

Attached: 1460951756590.jpg (353x356, 36K)

that happened to me as well
was in 2004, got a dvd drive and finally had an excuse to switch to xp, had previously gotten a copy of xp pro vlk gold (complete with the 'devil's own' key)
all was fine until i tried to download SP2 over dialup, it could not stay up long enough
i ended up going to a friends' place (who had 256kbps adsl) to get SP2

Probably because vanilla XP didn't have the firewall enabled by default (or didn't have a firewall at all). I still have the emergency disc with all the installers for FF and other programs I used, they saved me a lot of times after fresh installs.

Who is this cool dude? He seems happy.

He's an hero and a martyr.

> assigning a public IP directly to your PC
You deserved it.

holy shit jordan

must be 9 or 10 years ago.
it was adware so maybe not a virus.
>at some shitty min wage data entry job
>tiny backroom filled with 20 other min. wage losers (we were crammed in like sardines.)
>i found out if you reset the proxy settings in IE, you could connect to the internet.
>im in the corner playing tetris on a random website with IE 7
>nothing but popups start going and start installing unknown software
>a few other computers also get hit
>next day i come in early and use some malware removal program to remove all traces from my computer
>boss come in and gets mad at everyone because they were hit with a worm/virus that hit a couple of computers.
>he didn't know how it happened since the computers didn't initially have the ability to connect to the internet

>Mackeeper

>never heard of android emulators
>try to install a "desktop version" of a thing
>get adware
yes I'm stupid thanks for asking

BlueStacks is adware itself tho

Elliot Rodgers evil twin

At least all the ads are contained in its VM with Bluestacks, some windows installers have even cryptominers bundled with them, besides useless datamining toolbars and unwanted datamining system monitoring software.

is it really

never tried it so idk

If you ever try it, don't run it right away. First get Bluestacks Tweaker from XDA website and turn off all the bloat, there're guides on XDA about this too. If it weren't for the ads, it's the best android emulator out there, too bad majority of apps require the google botnet to work though, can't avoid that.

Alternatively you could just, you know, not wear shoes indoors.
If you don't sweat profusely you won't need to wash them with soap.

Why? Just let the water get on em from the rest of the shower

HOLY FUCK. CLEAN YOUR FUCKING FEET FAGGOT

Attached: scanme.png (195x195, 4K)

kill yourself, dirty faggot

The foot was clean

Yep, it was OneHalf, came with the Lost Vikings.
Desinfected.

bro i have the same thing with my big right toe its like purple

Both my big toes had it since April when I did a strenuous hike and my feet were slightly too small for my shoes so they slid forward on descent

i pirated a game at the height of the bitcoin craze and got a bitcoin miner slammed in my roaming folder. Not much from that other than some browser infecting adware.

Attached: 1527456094935.jpg (1280x720, 76K)

>The foot was clean

>Friendly reminder to wash your feet with soap and water, and fully dry them off
>sorry but that takes too much time

I don't believe you...

Yes i got a russian one where it kept downloading yandex Browser and other shit even if i deleted it, couldnt remove it even with malewarebytes, adware cleaner and other stuff had to reinstall os, never had anything that hard to remove bwfore or after
>fucking ruski pigs

Anyone who says they didn't is obviously a lying cunt

I must be pretty autistic to think the funniest part about this story is the Thai uncle who reformatted everything and reinstalled windows MW

Porn codec library when I was ten. Nuked the drive entirely with no survivors. Had to buy new HDD and copy of windows XP with my own money because I was too retarded to know how to reinstall windows via booting to a disk, and my computer was the only computer in the house. That's how I started to get into computers so it would never happen again. I frequently remember the time my mother bought me a new GPU, but I was too retarded to know I needed to take off the case panel to install the fucking thing.
