There is absolutely no reason to use LineageOS its not Android and none of the apps on the play store support it.

Furthermore none of the drivers support it, and none of the Android developers support it.

I am on nougat crdroid (los based) since september. Solid and bug free. Their oreo release is said to be bugfree aswell these days. I didn't bother to upgrade since my machine just werks.
I may give a try aospextended oreo in near future. Anons recommend it and 4x is officialy supported.

Yes, some obscure devices receive not very stable ports from similar models, but since you can't differentiate what is an Android operating system, going into this much nuance is pointless. This is very true except some customisations dangerously collide with each other. Tap some unlucky combination of checkboxes and suddenly your top bar is totally unresponsive.
Also comes pre-bloated with some really fishy non-removable background apps.

After month of suffering I went to crdroid and never looked back. I still have an old LG phone with RR on it that serves as a nighstand clock. It runs slower than it did on stock lg android (aka: pile of shit)
