Sure it's overpriced but you're getting a $1,000 5K display and a $2,500 18-core server processor.
This isn't meant for the general consumer but as a workstation for companies with designers who use AutoCAD or something like that.

That's still overpriced. Even if the RAM was ECC it would be overpriced. I could get that it would cost 6k.
