Untraceable websites. I would like to create an online newspaper dedicated to a (technically legal but) really delicate subject.
My needs are:

The only way to do this is to host on somebody else's website like some subdomain but that would look really trashy and nobody would visit it and then the website creator could just shut down your page any time he wanted to.

I'd suggest going small first, using freedns and someone's spare internet connection with a small server. If you don't get shut down and get more readers it would be better to move, but at least you wouldn't waste work setting big things if somehow you got shut down.
