I do, I'm really liking it. I think it's the best distro for KDE.
I think KDE being a resource hog used to be true, but then things got better and hardware got better too, so it's not really true IMO
Haven't tried it personally, but from what I've heard their KDE spin is awful and clearly all their efforts have gone towards GNOME. openSUSE on the other hand is going with KDE hard, which makes it great (see the Firefox patch for example).

Tried all the different Fedora spins when I started using Fedora 27. KDE on Fedora is pretty broken. Constant crashes.
LXQT for low-end and Cinnamon for high-end devices is pretty neat. Gnome, if good high-dpi scaling is the most important factor for you (although Cinnamon does pretty good in that regard as well).

Installed Openpepe. Kmail crashes plasma every time I start it. Needed to move mouse to laptop. Unplug the mouse now both the mouse and keyboard don't work on any USB ports. Such crap.
