>Buy a new monitor >IPS, colours are gorgeous af >2K at 24inches, so very pixel dense >Inb4 "die you /gd/ faggot" >250€ spent >IT HAS A DEAD PIXEL RIGHT IN THE FUCKING MIDDLE >Like, measured it with a ruler, it's in the actual fucking middle
Checked benq policies, I can only do that after 5 dead subpixels
Jace Moore
use your needle dick to massage it until it goes away
Levi Cruz
Why are you going straight to the manufacturer warranty policies? Don't tell me you were a dumbfuck and didn't order it from a retailer with good dead pixel return policies. Fuck, even if you bought it straight from the manufacturer, their web stores tend to have different return policies than their warranty return policies.
Ryan Thomas
Talk to the oem
Logan White
This is why you order monitors off Amazon. You can return it for any reason.

>it's in the actual fucking middle
It can't be in the actual fucking middle because total number of pixels is an even number.
Carson Baker
I bought one with a dead pixel too, the warranty said at least 3 but they accepted return anyway At least try
Kayden Jenkins
Just kill 4 more pixels and asked for replacement
James Peterson

Next time don't buy your screen from eBay sellers from Korea.
Logan Murphy
>2K at 24inches >very pixel dense
Anthony James
Only early. I've heard Dell won't honor their warranty if you bought it anywhere but directly from them.
Ryder Fisher
Yeah, that's a joke. My monitor has 4K at 21".
Justin Jackson
I heard you can sometime fix them by massaging the screen there..
Nolan Anderson

Europe has right to withdraw policy, almost all European countries have some laws for that.
>If you bought a good or a service online ... you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.
Thomas Scott
I had two dead pixels develop after almost a month, got it replaced very easily and quickly through Amazon. That's UK though, dunno what it's like in America.
