The bill comes out to 210$ after fees and taxes. According to the bill the internet is only 50$ of the plan, but I know for a fact that the price goes up if we get rid of the tv package. Northern Virginia area. At least the service is consistent and no data cap, but we are still getting fucked by Verizon.

There are data caps that are designed only to prevent people from being total torrent whores (e.g. 100TB/month on a 100Mbps connection), these are OK. Caps like 250GB are total jewery though.

In Russia I bought Beeline for like 5 USD a month and had almost that data. Did I get ripped-off? This was a year ago.

No issues here. That's a Blu-ray downloaded and maxing my upload. Dip at the end is just me uploading something to a file host.

Attached: Capture.png (1369x342, 21K)

He's talking about general P2P downloads like you see in many large online games.

If they treat it like other P2P traffic, then there is a chance they'll throttle it.

Upload is not really a factor with comcast considering it's so garbage tier to begin with, they have no need to throttle uploads.

I've been torrenting long enough to know Comcast isn't throttling me at all.
Perhaps your game clients are just using qBittorrent as a back end.

Attached: 7332209656.png (350x200, 21K)

Or comcast is regional and you just happen to live in a more competitive region where if they throttled you they know you'd move to a better provider.

Or comcast is simply unwilling/unable to pay for appropriate peering points causing congestion for common services when downloading.

Take your pick, it's not like there is one single possible answer.

That's why you don't use cat5 cable for gigabit network.
The network infrastructure is about the only good thing here. 10/10 would move to Germany.

Worth. When I just remind the piss smell and vandalism anywhere with ~50 % arabs when I was in Dortmund I would prefer this cheap forest apartment. No one wants to live here, its empty, quiet and if something breaks it will be repaired within two hours. Not like in cities where nothing gets repaired and you get moldly shit apartments for thrice the price.
