Anyone tried scambaiting before? You can use a free service like firertc to call scam numbers and then let them connect to a virtual machine and fuck around with them.

You are SEVERELY overestimating the average intelligence and technical aptitude of an Indian scammer.
I saw one video where a guy had a Kali Linux VM inside of a Windows 10 VM. He let the scammer connect to the Windows VM then fullscreened the Linux one, and the stupid motherfucker had no clue. Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to run "syskey" on Kali Linux.
Fire up a VM, don't be super stupid about it, and you'll be fine. Those people are fucking retards.

i remember a long time ago probably over a decade ago when I was in high school I got really into trying to scam the nigerian "my uncle was a king who left me 100k" scammers. theres a whole community of people who try to scam them. had fake email addresses and a fake fax and voice mail
i remember one time i was talking to this guy for a few months made this scammer travel across like three african countries to meet me then he got stranded
