I think an actual library (a non-profit organization) should collect, distribute and manage the metadata - the cataloging information and annotations. The media files themselves should be stored locally by each user and shared in a P2P fashion, IMO. If done right, this would basically be a distributed filesystem with a local cache.

Chech VR is the best VR porn, that I've seen, but VR porn could be better in general.
With VR porn, there are many variables, normal porn almost always looks at least ok, even if it's grainy, with VR porn sometimes everything is off, it might look like you see everything through some weird lense, the guy looks tiny, the girl is as big as the screen, or there is no 3d effect at all.
The chech VR stuff has decent technology at least, I wish the porn itself was a bit harder, but at least it looks ok.
