not all clients support fastresuming, rtorrent and qbittorrent definitely do and deluge definitely doesn't. I think transmission does and no idea about utorrent.

Download the .torrent file from the tracker you want to corss seed to, open it, point it towards where the file already is, done. That's it. Cross seed and stop trying to complicate this shit.

No it isn't. PTP encourages cross-seeding and I'm not the guy you were talking with. But you know what, either you're trolling or stupid. And if you're stupid enough to think cross-seeding is against the rules, then I have nothing else to say to you. Enjoy struggling and get out.

PTP, and the rest of the cabal, require source flag to be set. If you don't set it when creating the .torrent you have to download it from the site before you can begin seeding.
