I'm looking for a torrent website (like thepiratebay) for downloading german-dubbed films and TV shows, to improve my german. Do you guys know anyone? I've read that it is illegal and prosecuted but since I'm from Spain I don't have to worry.
I've found some shitty websites but not with torrents but with direct downloads (which are really inconvenient and slow)

Not OP, but in Germany too.
I don't fear legal consequences as all the torrenting is happening in another country outside EU and I just stream/download the end result through regular means.
Problem with streaming is that most sites I'm aware of tend to hide the content inside the page itself with no direct links, which makes it almost impossible to watch in a normal player. Can you recommend some that work for you, please?

You will only get in trouble if you torrent stuff from a german IP. The more popular the higher the risk.
If you torrent media that is not sold in Germany (obscure weebshit for example) you are safe. If you use a VPN and make sure you don't leak your actual IP you are safe. If you use private trackers you are most likely safe. If you only stream or download from filehosters you are safe.
These torrent lawyers pretty much only go for low-hanging fruit, and try to scare those people into paying. As soon as they have to put in any effort to catch you, they won't do it.

I guess I'll desist on doing this. My intention was to everyday watch 30 minutes or so of German spoken content (with subtitles) to practice. I was going to watch shows or films I've already watched (so I know what's going on) but I guess this is too much trouble or not even possible for some of them.
Can you guys recommend me something else? Maybe a YouTube channel or something similar. The good thing about that was that it was going to be entertaining (I liked those shows I've already seen) and with subtitles (to learn and understand better).
