if you are on avistaz the easiest way to gain buffer is to download the latest tv batch (at most uploaded a week or 2 ago) and let that seed. you'll gain buffer in no time. Can get to cinemaz (basically european content) and privatehd (poor mans PTP but it's reliable) with 200 and 300GB of upload respectively this way
Get a trial sub on tidal and just upload whatever people request on the offers thread, same with deezer and the other ones that are stickied.
If you need content to upload just snatch the latest web flacs from jps. most users there don't care enough to cross upload and as long as you seed the jps torrent you aren't doing anything that could be considered cuntish.
There are at least 3 people doing this right now so you gotta be relatively fast doing so

I looked at the imgur album from OP and didn't see any mention of IPT. Are they hard to get into now unless you pay? Or were they always? it's the only private tracker I use and it's really good for it's purpose: kpop and jpop. If you like Korean/Japanese/Asian music then it's totally worth using. If you aren't interested in that specific topic then it's not for you. There is no anime or anything else beyond jpop/kpop there.
