Delete your wifi adapter's drivers and reinstall them, if you don't have the disc look up your product's drivers online.

3. ipconfig /renew

lmao just open your network adapters and set the ipv4 address to automatic dhcp. Or use the diagnostic tool if you're a brainlet (which you are).
