classic start saves the day

you can find it on ninite

never worked for me, ever

Classic Start will restore legacy functionality to the absolute defective piece of shit windows 10 start menu.

(OP)
We are talking about a company that can't even get the fucking calculator right. How do you expect them to create a usable start menu?

Attached: top kek.png (1456x1994, 582K)

it ain't deprecated if there isn't a replacement

Classic start is the alternative to Classic Shell. It's on ninite.

This

I intorduce the demnu, mod+d using i3

Cant watch webm's on mobile without downloading them, tis gay

I think VLC may offer a plugin that works as a work around, if you're using an iphone.

it's the same thing

I never used the search as a search. I always used it as win-r it seems to work the same.

you don't need to press Win+S
you just press Win and start typing
you're welcome

t.autist who uses ccleaner and corrupts their search folder

>implying Windows 10 search works correctly every time

I've seen that buggy piece of shit be so inconsistent.

I install Classic Start on every customer system I work on and they overwhelmingly thank me.

I use it as a calculator
And it's still utter shit

because your customers are old people and they're afraid of change
when was the last time you used windows 10's default shell? back when it first came out?

There's a bug or something that prevents it from working properly. Search Google there's a way to fix it

Then fucking get classic shell. I don't know if it changes a lot, but I always get good results with it

>your customers are old people

Don't assume you have all of the facts based on your own preference and or experience

>They're afraid of change

I can offer no explanation if it doesn't work. However, it is my job to find a solution, in which classic start provides.
>when was the last time you used windows 10's default shell? back when it first came out?

I have had experience with every release of Windows 10 since it's release and are fully aware of each change log, for each build, in which I have yet to be privy to new information regarding the search feature being corrected and or the bugs fixed. There is simply no amount of discussion that will instill faith in MS at this point. I have worked with every single release of Windows since XP. I don't have any personal vendetta against Windows 10, it's just problematic from a functionality perspective, in which I research and implement measures to deal with any aforementioned functionality issues.

Stop disabling everything and bitching about basic functionality not working

To even imply that
>everything
has to be enabled for basic functionality, is beyond the most cancerous rationalization I've heard, in defense of such a terrible OS.

Learn basic reading skills. I was exaggerating that you dips disable many modules (everything) with little confirmation to know if it is even vital other than some youtuber telling you. But keep worrying about your loli file.

I see. I'm supposed to be a mind reader.
>dips
Is this some word of the summer?
>some youtuber telling you so
MCP reporting in, but keep implying though
>worrying about your loli file
please reference aforementioned statement regarding implications.

what the fuck is that shit? are you too dense to record your screen?

Wow. Route memorization and sitting through some Pearson exam. The people who claim to know the most usually know the least.
