hey guys, how do I bind a key to change the allowed amount of cache for network streams?

Use MPC-HC with MadVR, It's far better anyways.

>MadVR

Placebo tier.

As someone who uses windows, hell no. I prefer mpv with d3d11. Vulkan works pretty well too though.

There are any reasons to NOT use vlc in 2018?

millions

Not if you're a pleb who doesnt give a shit about their media software. So if you don't care about getting the best out of your media than go ahead.

>only ci changes for 2 weeks

>your

It's the best player

I wish mpv had proper DVD support

Didn't knew they had two different builds for winbot, I've been checking the wrong one for months it seems

First it was
>no updates since Dec
Now it's
>these updates arent good enough

Yea...you sound like a faggot.

It can't do disc menus m80 that's the main issue, if you have a DVD with multiple episodes on it gets a bit weird on mpv.

>physical media
Literally why? Even if you do buy media why wouldn't you rip it to keep backups?
Anyways, no one wanted to support menus because it's a PIA I guess. Plus it's not important to most users.

Whatever happened to the rorgoroth installer links?

You can't fix perfection.

I have a bunch of webms, that make VLC shit itself. mpv plays them normally.
Also I can't get VLC to stream videos. Perhaps it's just me being a brainlet, but it works flawlessly with mpv.

can you even do this during playback

Did you put in a bug report? I remember you were asking about this a while ago

does cache-default even work? it doesn't change the cache amount at all.

there is a change with 28 it seems
try --no-cache --cache-secs=60
or something similar
iirc i used just cache secs before but now it requires no-cache as well so experiment for whatever you're trying to do

thanks

I heard mpv can use madvr now? if so how do you set it up in
ryzen only works on win10
