It's not the most efficient thing in the world, but it's not the worst thing I've seen, 1.38v for 4.4Ghz and no throttling on my 140w is pretty good, and 4.4GHz on an 8350 is definitely faster than a 3770K's stock multi core at the time, when Ivy and Vishera coexisted with each other.
