Just filed my first dispute on DHGate. Item was damaged, contacted them immediately, provided photo, gave them two options. Sent 8 message back and forth. Asked 2 days ago why my replacement has not been shipped, was told I would be updated on Monday. Original order shipped out under 12 hours, replacement was given 10 days and no ship.
I requested partial refund as part of the order is still usable. How does this normally go?

for anime get a 24" 1080p IPS from Samsung I got mine for 125 dollars w/shipping Seriously chink projectors are PURE CRAP; and good luck replacing the bulb when it breaks down. You are better off with a real monitor that can be used for much more, I doubt you need a bigger picture anyway you loner.
