I have gone about 2 miles in the 40 minutes I left work. Have another 45 at least.
Is this bad for my health. Traffic is moving so slow I have had time to type this entire post while moving ten feet.
And I live in Philly suburbs I can't imagine how bad it is in a real city.

Real cities usually have mass transit my man. I'd consider moving before you lose your mind.
Take the time you commute, multiply that by what you get paid to work, imagine the wages you're losing.
