Where do you find these? I saw like a functioning Incabloc model at a watchmaker once.

I ordered a new Amphibia crown for my Soviet Amphibia but only now I realized that 2409 is a handwound movement without a date complication. Will this crown fit that movement? Do I need to find a specific crown/stem for a 2409 movement? Or should I just replace the 2409 with a modern movement instead?

Since the date version doesn't have any quickset feature it's probably the same.
