Cell Phones and routers can't emit the same wavelengths at all usually, and none of them have enough power to nuke your nuts.

microwave ovens are 1500 watt devices usually, and rarely are around than 500w, (which if you've ever used them take literally 10 minutes to cook a single hot pocket)

the 15 watt device in your pocket would literally burn out it's antenna and battery before it could do damage to you (which is the only reason I wouldn't carry one around 24/7, exploding batteries)
