I work at Dewlett Yackard Inc since 2015. I still have no idea what is my true role but I mostly use Excel, SQL and tons of meetings. Ask me about anything.

What's the most annoying thing about your job?

Having a lot of forced meetings. Mostly I just join and do my work.
Also, recently we got new members of the team that are underqualified and make more money than me because they are older.

Why do you make shit printers?

What's a decent workstation with proper linux support?

HP laptops have been fine for me. I bought a $300 about 10 years ago (preinstalled OS was Vista) and still works.

I am not on the hardware/software design. Blame those fuckers.

In my office, there are some pajeets but it still are minority. However, we are in a tech park that are mostly ridden with pajeets.

So, you are a printing guy. You can explain why we have shitty printers
Mostly, people taking credit of stuff they didnt make.
I am sorry your foot fetish is against hairy toes.
Fuck you and fuck your memes.

Do you have any regrets you have/mistakes you made going to HP or into the IT industry in general?

How long does it take whatever department to roll out spectre/meltdown patches for laptops/workstations ect?

Not regrets joining HP. It is a comfy place to work. The salary is a little low compared to other IT industries but it is a trade off for comfy workplace. As you can see at my feet photo, I am working at home right now.
I have no idea, I am not involved on hardware. I am at finance department.
