As you can see, you can suggest alternative translations. As there's nobody to verify those languages, they started to get displayed once enough people suggest the same translation (although without the "verified" checkmark).
Therefore, with enough coordination you can rig those to say whatever you want.

It's just a program that takes random text bits of emails, comments and websites, trying to make them into something that seems human. It's uncanny, but really it's just some code trying to replicate speech.
My experience was that after I typed in random text it told me that it has a lot of money and proceeded to tell me it needs help, I asked what help by typing everything in two letter bursts and it said "Don't worry about it"
I asked who it was and it said "what about you" and then "It is important to remember that you are not"
then
"you need to be part of the agency"
"Make sure you know what you're doing"
"You've been the director of the agency"
then it said something like
"If you wish to leave the agency you will not be able to do so."
And the last thing before I stopped said "do you want to make a difference?"
