All that's left from there is the utter merciless destruction of all technology. This means agriculture, too. Along with this means a massive population purge, as the world cannot support 7 billion hunter-gatherers (again, for good reason, read his essay).
Sadly, I don't think anyone with sufficient charisma is altruistic enough to sell this to the masses (all hyper-charismatic people are sociopaths), and nobody with sufficient intelligence wants to give up their surrogate activities to sell this to the socialite (they're all ivory-tower philosowank types who get off on armchair thinking).

Most of Jow Forums and Jow Forums aren't dumb enough to just start bombing things. The machine does not fear the loss of small amounts of property or a few lives here and there, as evidenced by the endless wars and massive amounts of government waste here in the US. What the leviathan truly fears is men with self restraint who not only arm themselves but stockpile food and water, and who hide their firearms in sealed containers in vast expanses of woods that are too great and inhospitable to be searched with dogs. It fears the man who works 9 to 5 and maps local critical infrastructure that could be used to cripple an army on the move. Bridges, water mains, power lines, and electrical substations are unsecured and would be prime targets for insurgents to collapse and rip apart. Sure, you could get tanks around a collapsed bridge, but not the fuel tankers that supply them. If there's ever a real revolution in this country, the federal government will fall by the mile and suffer the death of a thousand snipped cables.

The logistics of a Uncle Ted-style revolution, given ~1-10k willing and united people, are actually pretty feasible. You'd just have to be smart about it and start with things that will go unnoticed for months, or at least not connected to other events.
