Obsolete

The fucked up for a decade, but now they're doing almost everything right
t. Nokia 7 Plus owner
This post makes no sense

Big innovator in the 90's / early 00's. Missed the smartphone train and died.

M$ killed it. 3310 was a beast.

Good company.

They're still selling allot of telecomm hardware.

they don't exist, sold lots of fish to soviet union but

god the build on that phone was shocking for its' price

could push on the right side of the nokia logo and would have so much play in it

then that coating rubbing off to a nicer plastic below

Yeah, the right rail had a bit of play and the backside coating was atrocious. I had the N95-8GB as a gift, though Ithink the N82 was a better built device.

nokia 6.1 is solid as fuck. best price value for a phone

only bad thing was resistive touch screen

what a master piece

When I think of Nokia, there's only one thing I think of.
Totally Sidetalkin' Nokia N-Gage Style!!

N9 was the ultimate smartphone, too bad it was killed by MS and their shitty mobile OS no one asked for.

Still waiting for this.

3310 was actually a complete garbage. Even some sunlight could kill that crap.

>Missed the smartphone train and died
Yeah, there are people who know jackshit about S80.

I'm just waiting for them to sell feature phones with an actual keyboard in the US. Then once KaiOS gets WhatsApp support, I'm buying one.

liked their old phones
like hmd phones ( I have a nokia 8)
didn't like nokia/micro$oft
Like how nokia telecom is driving the networking world in the shadows for more than 30 years

Devices with that were closer to PDA's than smartphones.

They used to make gas masks.

My nigga; are you on P beta?

I doubt you know what is the difference between smartphones and PDAs, but it's ok. Symbian is dead now, but don't describe it as a PDA system.

>Symbian was originally developed as a closed-source OS for PDAs in 1998 by Symbian Ltd.[7]

BASED NOKIA

I still remembered using my nokia e7 that thing was so unique at the time.
So sad that their new mobile which are good but doesn't have Unique selling point

You'll wait 10 more years

New Nokia phons are good, Nokia didn't die btw, it's still huge with over 100k employees worldwide. They own bell labs

>update Nokia 6
>expect to have even less free memory
>update frees up ~2GB

lol just had a look i remember this thing, still not done

also top kek 480 euors is 40% downpayment for it but they're not even making a phone shell, just a board and they source a refurbished n900 for you, which is going to be near impossible as time goes on

its' going to be 990 euros all up

also their wording on this shit

>Employment was negotiated in a way that PIA's parent company would allow him a large minority of his working time to be paid to work on the Neo900 project on his own terms.

>large minority
>project leader gets job at PIA
>minority of his time working on neo900

Isn't the Nokia 6 total fucking shit?

Intel's 10 nm's woes killed them.
