Blame the user, not the tool. Linux was built for security and made easily accessible so it can be used by the general public, not by pedos and terrorists. When the dynamite and weaponry was created, the original intention wasn't to harm other people with it or kill people, but that's what it got used for. Thing is, a bad person is a bad person, regardless of what tool he uses to achieve the bad things he's trying to do.
