What the fuckare even these projects? A converter that turns ANY file into a video? ROT13 in Haskell? You do realize you shouldn't make a public repo for every shitty exploration project you do. Your public Github should be reserved for the absolute best work you've made. Stuff that's been polished into gold and ready for others to use or extend.

Your Github is the equivalent of an artist's portfolio. It's a marketing tool if you're smart about it. Don't put all your dumb shit on it, only put up the useful and reusable things you're working on. And be careful to not have a trail of 60% done projects.
When I was in college I wrote some bizarre experimental stuff too. Everyone does. I'm really grateful I didn't publish any of it though, because they were dumb projects with shit code.
