shameless bump.

get two 1500 euro pc's and gimme one

Get anything with a gtx 1080, an i7 8700k and 16 gigs of 2800mhz DDR4 memory. Anything more than that is overkill and won't get you any better results with games.
Spend the rest of your money on a nice m.2 ssd, any harddrive, a nice monitor and a good mechanical keyboard/mouse combo.

>Get anything with a gtx 1080
>Anything more than that is overkill
The 1080ti can't even run most game at 4k60fps and the 1080 can't even max out 1440p60fps nor 1080p144fps on many AAA games

that should be good

Fuck off richfag

Two GTX 1080ti
i7 8700k
2TB SSD
Two 5TB HDDs
32 GB RAM
4k monitor

buy a somewhat high-end gaming rig, and then get a cheap secondhand server you can host games on at LAN parties like TF2, battlefield 2, and maybe a minecraft server running every mod known to man.

Also you might want to get just 1 1080ti and with the money saved get a sennheiser HD800 headset.

Nah for music. Those are top of the line. OP would also need a good dac/amp btw.

idk i think they are a better purchase than another 1080ti.

Okay. First thing is when you say "PC" do you mean the case and stuff that goes in it, or do you mean a monitor and peripherals as well?

Second, do you just want to fuck around with the PC and game, or do you want to learn to take care of it properly, overclock etc...? There are lots of things (ie a full liquid cooling loop ) that you COULD afford but really take a lot of learning to build it yourself AND learn to take care of it.

If you just want a "set it and forget it" kind of thing I'll recommend something different. Likewise, I won't recommend you the best damn cases in the world if you're never going to open the damn thing after its built /upgrade/mod it or have no use for exotic cooling etc.

> intel in current year

spend half of that and keep the rest
there is no reason to spend everything just because you have it "to spare"

Ryzen, 16gb 3200mhz ram of your choice, motherboard, boot SSD, 6tb storage HDD, psu, 1080ti.
Spend the rest on a good monitor

>Needing to run games at 4k60fps or 145fps
Diminishing returns my dude. The 1080ti is perfect.

Also
>Playing AAA games
Play indie pixel hipster games, normie.

buy a car

Ask about stuff like this.

3k is not a lot if you are getting a good monitor in addition to your entire pc build

Get a steelcase gesture or leap chair you coward

Don't fuck with SLI its shit.
This, though not get a headset, get proper headphones. And a proper monitor.

1 1080 Ti is very nice for Gsynced 4K50-60 FPS. Just buy a good one no founders shit. I run my FTW 3 undervolted now with higher clocks, means more performance less noise and heat.
At least a Seasonic Prime and 4266 RAM. For 3K it doesn't make much difference.

Basically what I have now, Ryzen, 1080 Ti, 32" 4K IPS, 16 GB 4266, 2 TB SSDs, glass case, full RGB and cooling, T1 headphones.
