Even if x265 is slow, it exists and is readily usable on ffmpeg. AV1 is the superior codec for sure, I'm just stating facts due to frustration of it being stalled.

Would anyone be so kind to help a little? I currently have a GTX 1050 2MB which is just a tad too weak for what I would like to use it for (I have a 144hz monitor so stable 144fps in games would be nice, but I don't get that even on low settings).
But I noticed that it's running at 32 degrees Celsius in Speccy, so I thought maybe I could OC it a little for some performance since the card is so cool. But I can't figure out MSI Afterburner, after applying small overclocks as I saw in YT videos I feel no difference and the card doesn't even get a little hotter, so I figure I must be doing something wrong. Anyone know?

Is the Asrock B450 Promontory Itx board good? It looks like the only B450 ITX board available right now.

whatever works for 1080p will work for 900p. Get a 1060 or 1070ti, the 1070 is obsolete thanks to the dirt cheap prices on the 1070ti with respect to the 1070.

B450 is trash and waste of money. B350 is still better

I already have one rx 580 I just have the option to pick up a second one cheap, as far as power consumption im using on oversized PSU so im not too worried and I think my case can handle to cooling without issue, it currently wont even get warm no matter what I play, its almost eerie.

Im sorry, I dont understand what you mean to say very well other than that the 580 is expected to run at 75c and the gtx 1060 should run at 55c or less but Im pretty sure my 580 gets to like 60 max ever for my use. I just game really, overwatch, wow, darksouls. thats it for the most part.
