For the most part yes. Though I still keep a windows 7 installation for some games that doesn't run on Linux. Usually I install it offline. For the Linux part I run Gentoo and Debian.

Tried it multiple times since 2006. Every fucking DE has shite multi-display support. Still waiting for when at least a single de implements such a simple thing as CONFIGURATION PER DISPLAY CONFIGURATION. Since spring with Manjaro kde(and ububtu 18.04 beta for 2 weeks prior) mostly because i need android emulator on my ryzen. I actually formatted ssd with it only 2 days ago since they've implemented it on windows through hyper-v. Another multi-display feature that is too much to ask from DE developers is cloning 2 displays out of 4. It's either clone everything or extend everything.

I have 3 monitors and tv. Tv is mirrored to main display. 3 monitors need to be rearranged as 1-2(this should be set as primary)+mirrored tv-3. If i turn off main monitor to watch animu on tv or play vidya it'll remove it physically from configuration, so now i should have 1-tv as primary-3. Sometimes i have connect 3rd display to different input, which leaves me with 1-2+tv or 1-tv. Windows remembers all configurations, so it need to be set up once. Changing configuration on any linux de resets it to default and doesn't matter that i've used this configuration before.

The real question is: "Why not Arch?"

I figured out I was a brainlet when I got to UEFI and it wouldn't actually boot when I restarted it. I'm pretty sure I could do it now that I understand more (including RTFM) but it's not worth going through the effort for minimal payoff.
When I get a new machine it'll probably be a pure Arch install instead.

Every year I try to use Linux as my primary OS and I go back to Windows within a week. Anything I need from Linux I can pretty much always get using VirtualBox.

Latest .63 gets you a 10-20% bump on nvidia cards with the latest drivers with texture compression turned on.
Heavily threaded games get 10-33% extra with Esync in wine turned on.

Once these are mainlined down to ubuntu it's gonna be killer easy but you can have up to 80% of the performance if you don't want to keep sucking microsoft cock and these kinds of low level wrappers are known for becoming more performant than the native solution in due time.
Value's dx9 to OGl wrapper is actually faster than native OGl so if you want a stable and long lived system that will continue to improve it's already here.

Not him, but this is not debatable. If your monitor is 60hz, it literally can't look different past 60fps. If it's 120hz or 144hz, you will easily be able to see the difference when you reach 60fps+. It's like telling how fast you're going when driving without looking at the spedometer. You won't notice changes of 1fps, but bigger changes should be pretty clear, especially if you're used to your setup.

80% is entirely within reason.

120Hz monitors become effective at anything over 90Hz and when the lowest you can expect to drop from 140 is 110 you're in the green zone and everything feels nice.
