Unfortunately a lot. Got a high-pressure, high-stakes position for the past couple of years and that means I sometimes smoke just to decompress and have a quiet moment to think.
I tried to quit but, shit, I turn into an insufferable bastard on day 2 (I mean it. It's not like I'm "pissy" - I'll call my grandma a cunt to her face). That's how hooked I am.

I smoke about one or two cigarettes a day for the last 15 years. Sometimes I've smoked more but then I realized I don't like smoking THAT much so I go back to a couple. Also brush my teeth and wash my hands after.
