I found some strange antenna like devices connected to lamp posts , the lamppost in question are placed behind trees as if they were placed there in order to hide aforementioned antennas . Dose anybody have eny idea what they are and what they are for ?

My phone has a shity camera and the lighting was bad , the pictures are as good as they are going to be , also hear some sketches i made of the aforementioned antennas , maybe they will help you all get a better idea of what they are ?
( Also take in to consideration that this sketches are my interpretation of what antenna look like and the fact that i am not a competent artist . )
