1.8tb with 1.54tb music

small dick thread

500gb ssd for OS and games. I stream everything else. Welcome to 2018.

almost 9 TB
most of that is porn
1TB is anime and games

How the fuck can you have that much porn

>implying any subgenre/artist music is accessible for streaming

6 TB
Most of that is Music, Videos and Documents (like 4 TB of that)
500 GB is porn
The other 1.5 TB are Video Game files for the PS1, SNES, PS2, Xbox and PC

0 bytes movies
0 bytes music
0 bytes porn
0 bytes tv series

I stream everything and all of my files is stored in the cloud

I have a porn addiction

About 1TB of fap material. Everything else gets deleted after watching and such.

DELETE FUCKING EVERYTHING

Almost 30TB spread across 16 or so drives, can't be arsed to count cold storage.

Need to some how save up enough money to drop on an array with multiple 8TB drives and start retiring old small drives. Hard to drop around 2K on storage though.

250 GB Internal SSD and 2TB External HDD.
Approximately 2.52 GB of files and 232 GB of media (music, movies, TV, photos).
I keep everything extremely organized.

800mb os/programs
300gb remote music library

Around 12tb. 3 tb family videos and photos. 3tb backup of family videos and photos. 1tb education related stuff. 1tb games and programs. The rest is unused.

Streaming sucks. Stuff you "save" may not stay available. Uploaders delete things, rights holders revoke licenses on items, websites die. And if you really liked those things, too bad, they're gone.

Local storage with a reasonable backup is forever.

Big rig

I forgot one drive apparently but I can't bother going through them all. Point is I have almost 25TB of disk space. I still have two 1TB drives and a single 500GB unused, I'm rigging them into a secondary server which can act as a cloud storage solution.

I have about 7TB storage. Around 6 TB used.
>1TB movies
>400GB porn
>About 200GB music
>About 100GB pics and documents
>the rest: gayms

8/10 tb used
>3tb movies/tv shows

>2tb steam games/ emulators
>1tb os/ pictures/ music

Actually a cucked moron in 2018, gives the botnet all of his information so he can spend thousands of dollars, autopiloting and streaming some shit song he'll never remember the tune of, name of or origin. Piece of shit.

8TB, memes, porn, movies, tv shows, music, games. Mostly games.

This guy get's it; anything other than ZFS for long term use means your only fucked in the end due to "errors" that rear up and bite you in the ass. Yeah backups are great, but they do you little good if they contain "errors" Garbage in = garbage out as they say

True this.

What's the best way to have 6TB of storage (6 + 6+ in RAID 1) and keep it error free?

Back to retards

I have a 3TB drive I keep strictly for backups and system images, I just wipe it when it gets full and start over. Other than that, I have two 1TB drives, one is 90% full with games and the other is about 80% full with media, it's probably like 300GB in music, 400GB videos (Of which more than half is porn), and 100GB in images.

Who do you think makes up the majority of Jow Forums?

Digital hording Jew media is pathetic. Enjoy centering your life around accessing like media from your NAS and designing raid arrays to house shit you never use. Give it up and be free. Read a book or go outside.

Where do you find 4K porn at?

Accessing kike** media

>Mention video games in a context that's clearly related to technology, not anything that belogns on /v/
>RRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GOTO /V/
I mean, I'm hate /v/tards too, but not every mention of video games on Jow Forums belongs on /v/

around 20 gb of my work project. Get a life, computers are made for work

Attached: 1530924881837.png (750x1113, 1.21M)

About 1.5TB between music, movies, and vidya mostly. All fits on a 2TB external drive. I need to either get another external drive to back it all up. I'd rather do cloud backup but that's a lot of data.

i should do proper backing ups i guess.. especially after losing my main drive that i had been carrying around for years. lost some good stuff i guess. but anyway information is so fucking plenty ...i did lose stuff i made... most of it was shit i guess so nbd. still if you have a no hassle backup /system image setup to propose i would like to hear it

Niggah 700gb ehould judt go to porn images.

Hoes your life going? Knowing that everyone can access your shit?

What's the best hdd for the cheapest buck?

14TB in a RAID6 box of 3TB drives, double-redundant backup on 8TB HDDs.

Ironwolfs aren't too bad for decent storage drives.

lol seagate is gud

100 GB For OS and dickin around
15 TB of pictures, mothafackin photography brah.

Attached: Taste like.jpg (724x738, 78K)

650GB of ASMR youtube Channels
100GB of my own old videos and pictures throughout the years
100-200GB of saving random videos from youtube weird blogs/music videos/w.e

I only have 25GB of porn

Attached: porn hoarders anonymous.png (1100x1294, 243K)

How much is 1TB of 4K video in seconds?

>jew media
I got 1.5TB of mostly jazz/funk/rock music. I forget if that's considered apart of the cabal.

most of us don't need to archive our child porn user.

I checked this out and to be completely honest, it sounds like run of the mill generic nu-age electro crap.

Like 40 tb

Bout 20 tb is porn, nother 8 tb archived programs damily photos mysic music videos. Rest is movies.

>no Internet
>can't do anything
Boy, 2018 sure is great!

5.3 GB of porn
gonna downsize right now
200 GB of photos/videos of my life
3 GB of Music
300 GB Vidya

Biosphere has his albums on almost every streaming service. Pretty much every artist does

>Jew media
>Read a book
I'm reading some Kafka right now.

But I want to hoard books too.

50 gb of movies
20gb of porn
1.5gb of music
2gb of memes

Not a lot since I delete most of my stuff after watching it (usually share at least 4,0 ratio)

240G SSD for root, swap and /home partition.
3T spinning drive for data. Mostly occupied by torrent since I tried to seed for as long as I'm not running out of space.

My cold storage/backup solution is actually blu ray drives.
>inb4 le optical media in 2018 meme
Considering the amount of data I actually need to save (I try to not grow sentimental towards most of it) it was definitely the most cost-effective solution.
Everything not backed up on a blu ray disc is data I can afford to lose.

I wanted to move to a Blu-ray disc system. What burner you got? Is M-DISC worth it?

steaming is ok for normy shit but just remember to never delete rare media.

>never delete rare media
Do you know just how much JAV has disapeared off the internet because of my stupidity?

Attached: excite leo.png (1260x941, 818K)

~100GB music (mostly mp3 v0)
~5TB movies and TV
~500GB notes, pictures, other

2.55 TB movies & tv shows
2.70 TB porn

>storing MP3
Nigger thats for your phone or some shit, get FLACKED.

Why? The overwhelming majority of that stuff you'll never use again.
You're collecting stuff just for the sake of collecting.

>Is M-DISC worth it?
I seriously hope it fucking is, but we'll see in a decade or two when normal optical disks start failing.
Although the price isn't that big of an issue for me, I hardly manage to write a single 25GB blu ray disc every month. So we're talking about $20 of running cost a year and hardly any storage space required at all.

>What burner you got?
some cheapo LG one. BH16NS40, internal for 5,25 drive bay (my computer is a dell optiplex 7010)

I recently got an Optiplex myself off eBay, haven't had a desktop in years.
I got raped to death by a bad HDD three years ago so now that I finally have disc burning capabilities again I wanted to use them.
I worry about the disc lifespan, all the shitty Memorex I used to buy all blew up on me.
Wanted to try tape drives but that shits way too much. I got a big data hoard but I'm poor, theres not much you can do.

>Wanted to try tape drives but that shits way too much. I got a big data hoard but I'm poor, theres not much you can do.
Same stuff. The prices for a tape deck are horrendously high and spending more on a storage device than on rest of the machine seems ridiculous.
But then again I gave it some thought and I actually would have a seriously hard time filling up an LTO-6 or even an LTO-5 tape. And i'd be seriously more worried about data integrity on a magnetic tape stored in my apartment than data stored on a small disc with pits laser-burned on a sheet of mineral dye.

>I recently got an Optiplex myself off eBay, haven't had a desktop in years.
I've been using a laptop for over 10 years. It got old, started thinking about getting a replacement. I do spend a lot of time in front of a computer but my work does not require (or even accomodate) carrying my own laptop. So I got a desktop computer, with a nice big screen instead of some shitty semi-powerful "desktop replacement" laptop. For mobile computing I have my smartphone. It's a better solution I think.

Imagine being such a cuck that you don't even actually own your data, just lending it to chad who can and will delete it if he feels whimsical

shuck 8th WD easystores when they go on sale for $140 USD. You get either an 8tb red label or white label (same as red but newer sata version)

>jazz
No but it used to be.
>funk
Yes.
>rock
Some is, some isn't.

10mb in porn

I stream movies and there aren't any worth saving. so 0 for that.
I have something like ~50gb of music. but have long since stopped collecting because I haven't had an mp3 player in several years and I don't listen to music on my phone as a matter of battery conservation. So I usually end up just listening to stuff on youtube.
Probably around 30 gigs of porn, but when you consider your average JAV is ~1gb, it's not that much. Just for emergencies when there's no internet, or im traveling or something.
About 5TB worth of games.

>Thinkpad with 120GB kingston ssd with arch on it. The rest is external.
>1TB Buff black porn
>1.5TB Blacks on blondes porn
>500GB BBC porn
>350GB Midget black porn
>50GB of Terry Crews pictures
>200GB anime

35 TB

VMs, data sets, photographs, 3D data, software, porn, videos, PC games.

Oh, I forgot, I have about 1TB of anime that I downloaded but never watched. I was gonna get into it and downloaded all the classics, but never got around to watching any of it. So I guess I have an external drive full of japanese cartoons if I ever need it.

Good Goy.
