Got this clock with a Franz-Hermle 130-070 movement for $10 at Goodwill. It's got two holes for the key in the face. The right is for winding it but the left is tight yet moves a bit and doesn't seem to do anything. It rings the hour on the hour but at 9:00 it rings 8 times and at 11:00 it rings 7 times
