Wake up, make yourself some breakfast or get some in a bakery. Make yourself a comfy morning (or whenever you wake up). Drink some coffee. Think about bettering yourself, even though you will probably never do it. Motivate yourself, even if you know your life is shit. Do the opposite of what people expect from someone who's mentally not that stable - be stable.
