I'm looking to get a simple filtration system for my new place, but I'm curious as to the efficacy differences between fridge pitchers and the kind you install on your tap. The fridge pitchers take up to a minute to filter a cup of water, yet the ones on the faucet shoot the water out instantly. Does the on-faucet version provide weaker filtration?

Gravity vs pressure dipshit. Also, pretty much every modern fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser already has a filter rendering those faucet attachments and pitchers moot.
Filters are for fags anyway, don't be such a pussy.

does your fridge not have a filter?

Water filters, more like bacteria dispensers.

>his immune system cant handle a little bacteria Must suck having AIDS
Srs water filters either drip slowly or need controlled pressure to filter faster.
I suggest pic related if you need a compact filter for health protection reasons rather than to reduce the scale buildup in some hot water appliance or fixing up better brewing water.
