Why are some vpns being shilled so much? You cant google "best vpn to use with Jow Forums" without coming up on link after link advertising the same services over and over. Is Express vpn the best as they claim or do they just want me to fall for it so they can v& me for accidentally misgendering someone.
How? I tried for over an hour and never had luck. Even Nord which Im using now (on data connection because it wont work with my work wifi) only has 1 or 2 servers that have worked consistently out of the hundreds I've tried. I would like to have a backup for whenever these ones get axed as well.

i work at a isp and telecom giant. we have a company sim that we can use in private and it free and everything unlimited. im afraid the company monitors or atleast logs/stores connection metadata from this company sim. would a vpn suffice to hide porn/torrenting from them?
scenario 2:
we have an company phone book app that need a device certivicate on an iphone. what does that cerificate do? would it impact vpn anonimity on my phone?

Only ones I have experience with are vypr and nord, the second does have some crazy marketing shit going on where they try to push it on every youtuber out there but it does work, nothing special about it tho other than the price is OK-ish for 3 years all things considered.
