Most of the links focus on the outrage instead of what actual data FB has about me. At best there is the phone number if some idiot shares their contacts, maybe email. The biometric stuff seems useless, since I'd just be a random person with a phone number for them.
Generally social media is silly for data mining since every user WANTS the stuff getting published either way. If not for ads, they would be gone.
Google is one to worry about when it comes to privacy since tons of actually important interactions with the web, we don't always want everyone to know, happen over them.

> We use ai to analyze hashes of pictures thus preventing slight alterations. Either they're all retarded, their algo doesn't work on anything except exact matches, or they store the images. Not to mention that if they store the hashes, most copies are probably compressed in a different way.
What's even worse is that people are falling for this shit.
